René is an experienced CEO and strategic management consultant with deep expertise in IT, Fleet Management GPS and IT installation services. He has held management roles at IBM, Verizon Connect, Linqo and other leading organisations.

He excels at building new business partnerships and at organising and managing companies from A to Z — establishing structure, finance, HR and commercial engines that scale.

From Hong Kong, René manages Chee Consultancy B.V. and its group companies, while actively sourcing new opportunities and partners across Hong Kong, Mainland China and Asia. With Voltguard's rapid expansion in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), he leads the search for complementary products and services for European markets, and supports Asian GPS and fleet management companies expanding into Europe.

Shivan is the Sales Director at Chee Consultancy B.V. With extensive experience in direct sales and business development, he is a trusted, no-nonsense advisor — the kind of operator clients call before they call anyone else.

He is responsible for channel partner management and new business development across Europe, working closely with the group's portfolio companies to open doors, structure deals and scale revenue.
